if I'm developing or just messing around with a stack (not production! 🙂 ) I tend to combine them

pulumi up -yf

My point is that there are no changes. So no point in asking whether to apply them

oh! apologies! what would you rather see? no prompt at all for the [yes/no/details]?

I mean none of those do anything in this case, no?
