I have created a go routine, which creates multiple AWS resources on different stacks using a Free plan of Pulumi.
However, as it is mentioned that only 1 Concurrent stack update is supported with a free plan, then how come the workflow I'm trying is working?
Can you please explain more about concurrency stack updates?
