Is there a way publish secrets to Pulumi ESC during IaC execution? E.g. creating an azuread.ApplicationPassword and storing the value as a secret in Pulumi ESC?

How do you guys handle Client Secrets etc. in IaC to begin with. When do you retrieve the value, and where?
