Hello, what is the reason behind many `@pulumi/sdk*` dropped `CHANGELOG.md`?
Searching Github Releases makes my work much more difficult.
Would it be possible to re-introduce this practice in general? Base pulumi still keeps the CHANGELOG.md but some sdks do not.
