Our team is planing to use the "pulumi-aws" provider <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws>. But we see the regular "Upstream" commits, which are forked from terraform aws provider (<https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/commit/9d605a9cd6c4c54369f279c5b8c73133744e7728>). We're wondering, how Hashicorps new licensing policy effects the Apache-2.0 License?

The license doesn't impact providers, only the terraform tool itself
