There seem to be an outage in Pulumi Cloud that isn't reported by https://status.pulumi.com I'm seeing the following when I make requests to the Pulumi API:

Hi @polite-ocean-13631! We did see elevated error rates in authentication flows for about 15 minutes around the time you posted this, and have since resolved the incident. Sorry you encountered this, and thanks for the report!
