Are there any plans to make the pulumi binaries for macOS signed and notarized?

It would be nice to avoid having to manually bypass the security settings to override this message.

Would probably be done as part of that issue

ctrl left click and install solve that for me

I haven’t seen that issue, but I install `pulumi` via Homebrew so perhaps that’s the difference.
