by default pulumi doesn’t refresh the API. we assume you’re not deleting things manually in the console 🙂 if you are, do
pulumi up -r
and it’ll refresh the API
can you elaborate? it shouldn’t take more than one attempt
what language are you using? what platform? an M1 macbook perhaps?
could you file an issue for that in
github.com/pulumi/pulumi
- that shouldn’t be happening
