I couldn't find contribution guides, and PRs mostly from the bots, I wonder if therre's anything against contributing in Pulumi?

What about <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md>? Are you looking for any additional resources on that matter?
