Traced the issue down to an too old resource version. However I can't change the settings in <http://pulumi.com|pulumi.com> to a newer resource version, does anyone know more about this?

I don't see a 2.9.1 release for pulumi-aws: <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws/releases?page=15>

Are you trying to ~delete~ destroy a stack for which you no longer have the source code?

I got word that there aren't ARM binaries for releases that old, and that's why you're getting the error. You should be able to get the release by using a Docker container build for AMD64.
