Hi Patrick! Confirming with the service team still, but have you tried inviting the new account as an admin and then changing the existing accounts permissions, or leaving it as a back up admin?

Something we cover with enterprise customers is that SSO usernames are immutable and changing them as the end user/account holder can sometimes get sticky. We can do a lot on our side if you get stuck or hit an issue like this in production once you get up and running.

Thanks for the info, found a workaround via syncing the new email to the account via another SSO option.
