Hi team pulumi, we're users of Pulumi Cloud especially the Pulumi ESC.
Our Pulumi organisation was suddenly archived without notification.
This immediately impact our product deployment!
Can someone explain the context to me and instruct the next step?

Can you send an email, including the name of your Pulumi Cloud organization, to support@pulumi.com? We can have a look then.

Thanks Ringo for the reply, we had lodged an urgent ticket through the online portal and managed to grab an account executive based in AU/NZ. Our account has been reactivated.
