FYI: I am going to meet with Exoscale to hand over the provider.

Depending how they want to continue, we may have to go the same way like the OVH:

• Transfer Repo
• Pull Pulumiverse version out from the Pulumi registry.
• Attache the new one.


<@U033KKRC6HY> will you help the Exoscale team with a first release of the provider including proper `type` aliasing for all resources and a migration guide?

Transfer of repo is the best option because Github redirects any download of a current plugin binaries to the new location.
