Because GitHub is shutting down the v3 Version of actions/upload-artifact the following Provider Projects must upgrade their Workflows till 1/30/2025 because otherwise the effected GitHub workflows will eventually fail at all times: • pulumiverse/pulumi-doppler · .github/workflows/main.yaml @limited-rainbow-51650 • pulumiverse/pulumi-configcat · .github/workflows/main.yml @limited-rainbow-51650 The pulumiverse/pulumi-concourse provider is archived. So I don't think it's required to update the workflow there.

@big-architect-71258 thanks for the notice. At the moment, I'm not actively working on these providers. Once I adopt https://github.com/pulumi/ci-mgmt/ in these providers, the workflows will be fixed automatically.
