We just started getting the following error on deploys this morning. Nothing about our deployment changed on our side, and the "production" stack still exists in our project. Is it possible that there's an ongoing incident on the Pulumi side?

This is blocking a hotfix we need to roll out in production ASAP, any workarounds?

no.. it seems to be coming from a 404 to the `/deployments/metadata` endpoint when I try to load a stack in the browser

if you could somehow trigger a deploy without "getting" the stack first you might be able to hack around the outage
