As message gets hidden after 90 days we discard and lose tons of usefull info every day using this Slack. Would not some permanent forum software be a better place for supportquestions?

There are alternatives. StackOverflow and GitHub Discussions are both in use. There's probably others too.

True, but to his point, there is not an archival of solutions found here, to those other spaces. I see zapier and github are added apps. Since not everything here is gold, someone could setup a workflow for zaps or use the github issues message shortcut when something is solved. Just a thought.
