We might be moving from Terraform to Pulumi (not Cloud), but have requirements that certain parts must be run with a service account and follow review processes. We've used Atlantis for this so we can do PRs with comment triggers, was wondering if anyone uses a tool for something similar. OSS solutions are desirable
