im trying to create a `kafka:index:UserScramCredential` but getting
```error:   sdk-v2/provider2.go:515: sdk.helper_schema: kafka server: The version of API is not supported: provider=kafka@3.8.3```
most likely due to this being redpanda and not kafka. i'd like to see the http requests the provider is making to redpanda, is that possible?
