Should my GCP resources created via Pulumi be automatically labelled `goog-pulumi-provisioned` ?

I've tried setting `addPulumiAttributionLabel` to `true` in the config, but it doesn't seem to have any effect

Huh, seems like some resource types just don't get labels, like database instances...
