Hello, this is some UI/UX feedback
I just ran `pulumi up` and this is what I see on my screen
As far as I can tell here, everything looks ok. This is misleading as in fact there were several errors. But I won't see that unless I scroll up to check.
Please add a visual indicator that the update failed, right at the bottom.

If there was a failure it should be in the bottom section. What's the error above?

I think ideal for me would be under the Resources section, in red
something like this:
