Anyone had luck using https://www.pulumi.com/registry/packages/gcp/api-docs/cloudrunv2/service/#cloudrunv2-service-function to deploy source code? For whatever reason I am not able to get the google cloud to build the image. There is no build being triggered in Cloud Build. Only the deployment fails with message that image is not available (which makes sense as it is not built). (I tried adding roles to the service_account specified in the build_config).
