While uploading the python package I got following error mesage:

I don’t know what the cause could be.

The best lead is this 400 response:
```HTTPError: 400 Bad Request from <https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/>   ```

You reused the same tag after applying a fix. You can’t publish a package which is already published.
