Is there any way to Enable enhanced networking with the Elastic Network Adapter (ENA) on Linux instances by pulumi. I searched for the resources but no luck

don't think any thing is needed to enable. As long as you use the appropriate instance (example hvm ami's for Ubuntu), it should be all set. If you are using an older AMI then adding the driver is supported is an OS level task. either you can use the userdata or ssh into and install
