After migration from v2 to v3 I am trying to run a refresh as proposed in the migration guide.

I am seething errors for all resources where the types have been changed:

azure-native:insights:DiagnosticSetting (xxx):
    error: Preview failed: Resource type azure-native:insights:DiagnosticSetting not found

  azure-native:network:RecordSet (xxx):
    error: Preview failed: Resource type azure-native:network:RecordSet not found

  azure-native:insights:Component (xxx):
    error: Preview failed: Resource type azure-native:insights:Component not found

  azure-native:insights:PrivateLinkScopedResource (xxxx):
    error: Preview failed: Resource type azure-native:insights:PrivateLinkScopedResource not found

Any Idea what could have caused this ?
This also throws similar during an preview/up.

We just completed the upgrade and while we didn't hit the errors you see above - the upgrade did update every resources API version

We use some of the same resources you have listed above and did not hit any isues
