is there documentation on how to contribute to the google-native project?

<@URV6882U9> the google-native project is a codegen'd provider, what are you trying to contribute, if you don't mind me asking?

I’d like to start with small issues like <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-google-native/issues/277> to kind of get my feet wet

Looking at the PR that fixed the bug I filed, it looks like yall have a CLI that parses Google's API specs and generates the client code, is that correct?
