Does the Pulumi Operator work without the Pulumi hosted service?

yes, you just need to provide a place to store state, which can be an S3 bucket

ah cool. Yeah, I’ve just moved to using GCS for states.
so in this model, I just keep the raw Pulumi stack in the repo and instead provide the
Stack
CRD to point at it
Just funny that I was having a discussion about ArgoCD and then I realised Pulumi had an operator
