Anyone ever faced `aws.acm.Certificate` trying to create a new ARN every time instead of returning the ARN for the existing certificate? it doesn't actually create the duplicated certificate, but the wrong arn makes my workflow break.

i’ve not seen that in my use case so far

does preview show it trying to change anything?

tell you what, it just stopped doing it :shrug: I did a pulumi destroy and deleted any remaining things and next time I did pulumi up it just worked
