Are you using `awsx` by chance? We recently updated that library to no longer use that IAM policy and use `AmazonECSFullAccess` instead

Yes. _"@pulumi/awsx"_: "^0.22.0" . I see that the latest is 0.24.0 I will update it and tell you if it work
