Actually I have been able to open the event rule correctly through Amazon EventBridge rather than through cloudwatch rules. I think that the problem is that through the pulumi dashboard -&gt; projects -&gt; specific project -&gt; resources -&gt; event rule which links to cloudwatch rather than Amazon EventBridge
