We all know AWS regions have disparity in service hosting. As of today, us-east-1 (N. Virginia) hosts a max of 306 services while ap-northeast-3 (Osaka) has only 127 services hosted. I needed to answer, for any given AWS service which regions host the service, what services are hosted in a given region.
