what I’m actually looking for is the equivalent for `azure.monitoring.DiagnosticSetting` (<https://www.pulumi.com/docs/reference/pkg/azure/monitoring/diagnosticsetting/>) in `nextgen`

Latest doesn’t include preview versions. It’s the latest stable.

<@UB39JFCKC> is this somewhere documented? the naming scheme is not as obvious - I would have expected `latest` points to a the very latest version which includes also snapshots. Some kind of indication that latest is meant to be stable would have been good, e.g. `latest-stable`
