The changelog will tell you the corresponding tf provider version for the pulumi version - e.g. <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-azure/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#3330-2020-12-07>.

Do you have an estimate on this PR? Looks like a couple of merge conflicts holding it back?
