Yeah, API’s like this suck… I don’t have a great answer, unfortunately. Any ideas about what we could do?

I'm guessing we're not able to retrieve routing rules and modify them after the initial construction of the front door?

The azure cli command to associate the rule is pretty trivial but I just need a way of doing it programmatically.
Is there something better than Process.Start in the C# code?

Probably not, that’s what we do in docker <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-docker/blob/master/sdk/dotnet/Docker.cs#L600>
