Is there an official migration path from azure nextgen to azure native without having to run

pulumi import

statements? Can aliases work?

I’ve had some success with aliases for this, but I’ve also tied myself in knots with them. Thankfully our azure-nextgen => native migration didn’t involve much code

Mine already has resources out in prod, Front Doors and various others, couple dozen per environment. Tried modifying stack.json directly but that was a nightmare.

Nextgen to native is already aliased. It should work for common scenarios, please report if it doesn’t.
