I guess the cause is that plugin failed with `out of memory`

yes, I am wondering how I increase the amount of memory available to pulumi, because 8k is not very much

found this <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-azure-native/issues/547#issuecomment-795936061|issue> on github, it would appear that Azure-Native Provider causes memory spikes.

Doubling the Vms memory solved it.

Do you use explicit providers? (providers passed as resource options)
