<@UBDM41VT3> Turns out this was actually an issue in our library - opened <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws-serverless/issues/29> and have a PR out with the fix at <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-aws-serverless/pull/30>.

Yep, I figured it was related to the API G permission on the lambda, thanks for keeping me updated!
