From what I can tell some new serverless support was added, but has pulumi-cloud changed?

Oh, yeah I’m not sure on that one. I’ve seen things in chat that suggest it is welcome if it’s not already in existence, but can’t speak for the team at Pulumi

I (almost) have HTTP version of that locally, so I can drop a PR probably similar to Function for `AWS`

I don't have `API` implementation though, which is probably a bigger thing
