Looking at the server logs, I think maybe it is failing to decrypt a secret. It's a guess, but did you possibly copy a secret from one stack's config to another? Obviously our failure should be better here, but if so, we use different keys between stacks and I think it is failing to decrypt.

yes, I copied the config over exactly, and forgot about the one encrypted secret.. cheers :slightly_smiling_face:
