Support for specifying a namespace for a helm chart was actually just added a couple days ago in <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetes/pull/160>. 

We’ll have an updated release of the `@pulumi/kubernetes` package in the next couple days, but if you’d like to try this out ahead of the next release, you can try using the `”dev”` version of this package in you package.json file to pick up the latest from master.
