We’re evolving both of these libraries - but directionally we aim to provide easy to use layers over AWS primitives in `@pulumi/aws`. `@pulumi/cloud` will be focused on multi-cloud scenarios.

We would love to hear feedback on the approaches here and which aspects of the current APIs you are using with Pulumi are working best for your use case.
