Pulumi Community

There's basically two UIs:
• The `pulumi` CLI has a rich user interface for doing deployments and managing stacks
• The Pulumi Console (<https://app.pulumi.com>) offers a rich web-based view into all of your organizations, stacks, deployments and resources
