Note that our fix last removed GitHub as a mandatory dependency for most of Pulumi. There is one additional change we need to make to the way organizations are managed -- and we will be doing it as soon as the dust settles! -- that will let us operate at 100% capacity in the event that GitHub goes down again. We apologize for the bumps here and appreciate the patience. More details in our postmortem afterwards.
