We have a new tool <https://github.com/pulumi/tf2pulumi> that can help automate the initial conversion work. We are also actively bringing up a new package, `@pulumi/terraform`, which will have all of the built-in functions available (see <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-terraform/issues/267>).
