Hi <@UEHQRUAES>, I’ll need to update that page as the GitHub App will respond to events from other CI systems as well. I don’t believe we have support for Azure Pipelines at this moment, but I’ll file an issue to hook it up ASAP.

I filed <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/2272>, I’ll look into it this week and get back to you on an estimate of when you can start seeing Pulumi GitHub app notifications for stack updates that happen in your Azure Pipeline setup.
