Has anyone added any new backends for pulumi?

There was work by <@UCTJ2TT42> on Azure Blob backend in <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/pull/2026>. Others are tracked in <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/1966> and <https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi/issues/2058>.
