In general, I get the impression there are a lot of knobs and dials in ARM that are just not exposed through `@pulumi/azure`, so it would also be helpful to get some insights into what the philosophy is there. Is the Azure resource provider meant to more or less mirror what ARM can do? If so, is there a significant backlog there of things to add?
