Is there existing support for AWS amplify in pulumi?

Currently I believe there are not.  Does this capture the resources you are looking for? <https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-aws/issues/6917>

Im not sure actually, they've abstracted away a lot of the low level details
