Hello. am wondering what "individual use" means in "Pulumi Community Edition is free forever for unlimited individual use."

Pulumi itself is open source and free to use.

Pulumi Community Edition provides state management, auditable history, management console, and many other features of <http://pulumi.com|pulumi.com> for individuals.  Teams who want to use <http://pulumi.com|pulumi.com> to collaborate on a set of stacks in an Organization can use the Pulumi Team or Pulumi Enterprise offerings.
