Can `pulumi.StackReference` refer to a state stored in an S3 bucket?

(I have our folks sold on Pulumi, but it’s gonna take me a few weeks to sell ’em on Pulumi Cloud. :wink:)

Yes - though i believe it can currently only reference stacks using the same backend as the referring stack. 

That’s what I figured - looks like it’s using go-cloud under the hood, maybe?
