I’m getting weird connection refused errors out of the sudden, has anybody seen something like this?

? Or did it happen once and then not repro again? If you have any additional details, please do open an issue to track.

It happened on every rerun. I was able to destroy the stack, and bring it up again. It worked fine afterwards.
